Now that we have our contract, it’s time for implementation! We have some work to do proofreading and formatting the contract before we’ll be able to share it. In the meantime, you can read a summary of the changes from the Tentative Agreement, which includes links to the full TA articles.

We would like to extend our thanks to the Bargaining Team, the bargaining sub-committee members, the various activists in the Contract Action Team, as well as all the members and allies who attended bargaining and contract actions. It is only through the action and commitment of all of our members that we have achieved these gains and won our very first fair contract, but our work continues! If you would like to get involved in a committee, or if you want to speak to someone about a workplace issue or concern, please reach out to us at office@leounion.org.

If you are not currently a member and would like to celebrate our historic contract, become a member of the Union!

Members are welcome to RSVP for the Ratification Party on Sunday, June 2, 3-6 pm, at the Arbor Brewing Company, 720 Norris Street, Ypsilanti. Kids are welcome too!
